The TEAL Project seeks to increase cultural equity and inclusion through the Power of the Arts by promoting the wellbeing of the WHOLE student in their academic journey.  Thus, culturally responsive and inclusive pedagogy has been integrated throughout  the  TEAL trainings, resources, and module curriculum. Please check out the additional resources below that delves deeper into why cultural responsiveness and being aware of our implicit biases are so imperative in cultivating success within the classroom environment, and the significance of building that social emotional connection to the student in order to create a safe space for learning.
